This the ECAS update I got 20 days after in process. Does it mean they are sending me something via postal service? I checked my email and there is nothing there. Does anyone know what will they probably ask for? I already submitted FP along with application.

Yes, they're sending something via regular mail. That message typically means a FP request, but could also be a request for more documentation or information. Please update us once you do receive it.

Question - do you get the citizenship certificate on oath day or is it mailed separately?

and once you have certificate, you can literally apply for passport next day right?

Yes, citizenship certificates are given on Oath day.

It is recommended to apply for the passport after 48 hours.

Hi I would like to know if they ask for the translation of Visa? I have KSA visa. I see people has to get passport stamps translated I just dont know if they ask for visa too?

i passed the citizenship test, but they ask to provide translation of all stamps & visa, since i have been to KSA many times. They also asked me to obtain entry and exit record from KSA.

Seems, we are in the same boat,

Did they asked specifically the translation of visa? i only did the passport stamps. I went to KSA once after I got the In- process.

They asked translation of all stamps & visa + they also asked to get the entry and exit record of Movement from KSA

Translations can be done easily.

But I really dont know from where I can get record of travel from KSA. My husband is there in KSA, but not sure from where to get this record pull.

Do you have any idea ?

Sorry but I dont know too. maybe someone from KSA Embassy in Ottawa can answer your question. Try to give them a call tomorrow.

I just received AOR. Good news! Please update the sheet.

Bad news, of friday i got arrested and charged for assault so wondering what would happen. Have trial start date on friday, they fingerprinted me and released me on bail under own recoignizance. No probation yet.

Try to look at the situation from the positive side. As you are already fingerprinted the IRCC most likely will not request another fingerprinting.

I was wondering if any one of you has taken the Citizenship test on 24th Jan in Hamilton ? I have been waiting since and there are no updates regarding the oath date , not sure if they will send it via e-mail or mail ?
