When I’d asked about RA review you referred to these sections @legalfalcon

I did not see the previous chain. The code RA refers to Inadmissibility for failing to comply the above sections. What is the program under which you applied? Provide more background, did you receive PR before and you renounced it? etc.

phew thanks. I didn't sign the Section D. Didn't realise i was meant to sign it.

Section 19 states:

19 (1) Subject to subsection (2), the head of a government institution shall refuse to disclose any record requested under this Act that contains personal information as defined in section 3 of the Privacy Act.

Information under this section is retracted when you have a spouse or children in your application, and you do not get the signature of your spouse on the consent form, or you do not fill in section D of the consent of you have children under 18.

@legalfalcon,
Your input, please.

@legalfalcon ,

First of all, thanks very much for all your guidance so far.

I am in such a complicated situation: so last week I registered for ''Masters graduate stream under OINP'' but have not submitted my application since I was waiting for the IELTS result. Unfortunately, I did not get the desired score in IELTS and decided to withdraw my application. Today evening, I did withdraw it before submission therefore, my questions are: (i) Do I still have to pay any fees or they are going to charge me any fees?
(ii) Am I eligible to register for a new application (for Masters graduate stream) next time they will start accepting applications?
(iii) If yes, can I use the same ONE KEY ACCOUNT which I used previously?

Thanks in advance.

You only pay the fee when you submit the application.

You can check the eligibility, if you meet them you are still eligible.

Yes, you may use the same account if it has not expired.

This is a generic reply and has no significance. It simply means that your BGC are in progress.

Hello @legalfalcon my friend has a query:
He has 10 years of work experience but he only needs to claim points fof 4-5 yrs of work exp for 67/100 fsw eligibility points.
So company A: 1.6 years
Company B: 3 months
Company C: 10 months
Company D: 2.8 years
All in same NOC
Now he can only get reference letters from company A,B and D. So is it okay if he removes this company C experience from work history and claim points for the other 3 companies? In this way will he be able to claim 4-5 years points under FSW grid. Thank you!

Yes, as long as his CRS score not impacted and his MEC is met.

Also he has recieved nomination. Oinp asks for prove of all 10 years experience. So if he removes some of it would it be a problem? Like does oinp and cic profile has to be in sync?

Hi @legalfalcon do you know what's the difference between IMM5563 and GCMS ?
Our MP told us to keep checking the application online. But we can't, because our lawyer is representative there.
So to make an inquiry ourselves, our MP suggested my spouse to fill out the IMM5563 form to allow her have access to information on behalf of the applicant. But I'm not sure what it is or if it's better than GCMS notes.

Dear Sir

Hope you are well. I received my ITA in the last round in which I have claimed points for sibling. My sister is currently here in my home country and will go back at the end of the week. For proof of her address, she doesn't have any lease agreement in her name, neither she has any utility bills. Bank statement do not mention address and are online as well. Furthermore, she cannot file for tax return until March I believe. So that is not an option for now.

My options as of now: My brother-in-law has provided me a letter from child service center in which my sister and her husband's name and address has been mentioned. In addition, he has also managed to get a confirmation letter of residence from the building manager for my sister and her husband mentioning the date since they started living there. Will these documents be enough for the proof of current residence for my sister and does the letter from the building manager has to be notarized there? Thank you so much in advance.

I would suggest that you get another GCMS notes and see the progress. The section I quoted are for the code RA, ad specific in the IRCC Operations Manual. It could be an error too, but the updated GCMS notes will show the reason if there has been progress.
