My CRS scores is 440 and am getting agitated and hoping the CRS scores come down so i can get an ITA, at the same time i don't want to take a a chance, am clueless as o how the provincial Nominations work. Am not in IT so have lost hope i would get A NOI form Ontario so what do i do? where do i start my birthday is in June and am looking for how to urgently key into my scores as it is now.

P.S
Am into financial Customer services...
Sitting at 440 too with occupation that wouldn't get NOI from anywhere... :) just lost 5 points recently, so I still have time before I lose another 5...driving force till then is "hope" for may be another 2-3 draws....we'll get there mate !!! Cheers !!

HI,

This has come up on a previous thread and it was helpful to me.

Address it to: Immigration,Refugee and Citizenship (IRCC)
Canada

All the best!
Does it really matter if the letter is addressed to someone else ? my question is if we have a letter given by company for some other purpose and has the details of duties and responsibilities, can we show that as a proof? Many employers would not be ready to give letters for immigration purpose and it will be a problem for the current job if requested for it.

Dude you worrying too much.

I am a Software Engineer as well, and I have gotten all my docs ready for Ontario NOI. As a Software Engineer, you have a great chance of being selected if your score is over 400.

I am on 421 as well. Waiting for next rounds of NOIs, believing I'd be selected.

So doing French, or waiting 2 years for Masters is not an option really (well not for me).

Twiddle thumbs and wait for NOI. But get your docs ready for the OINP Application as there might be tight timelines.

;)
Im right there with you. Im at 419...will loose 6 points come the 19th Jan and as much as i don't want to spend the 1,500CAD i have assumed thats my safest option and have started gathering my documents!

P.S. I have a strong feeling that the fees will increase to 2,000CAD although I pray i'm wrong because thats a pretty heavy spend !

Ontario does not have any NOI preference list if you meet 400 points requirement. However it usually takes closing your old profile and creating a new one the moment they will start sending out their NOI.

Ontario PNP has different paths. You can wait for Human Capital Priorities Stream.

Wondering why everyone on here is only interested in OINP?? Is it that $1500 CAD is easy to come by these days?

There are other provinces with PNPs you know....

My hearty congratulations go also to @Wandering Mind and @Karnesh

Congratulations also are due to @sundar17feb99 and @trumprefugee for receiving their OINP nominations.

I miss my friend @KingKurly, and wish him nomination soon.

ROH Toronto meetup
Friday, Feb 9, 7pm
Tim Hortons
444 Yonge St
College TTC station, College Park Building, street level

Please let me know if you think you'll be able to attend. Right now, it's moose17 and me.

This Tims stays open late. The other closed at 6 pm.
Hats off to you, my dear comrade, for you deserve an applause every time.

There's news from my end too, and this is my opportunity to share my happiness with my forum friends, without whom, I wouldn't be here rejoicing and exclaiming that the best thing that happened to me off-shot from this very forum.

More than gratitude, goes my apologies to my dear friends @lino82, @ivancabrer, @KingKurly, @shaun75, @Wacky1.nash, and @andieangel who were troubled for no reason, but on my personal grounds.

It does seem imminent, now, that I may be joining you all to Canada, courtesy and credit to my hard working and gifted wife @iamxty. Yes, we got married in December, and I am a dependent in her PNP application. We are at IP2 stage currently!! I am glad to publicly proclaim that she is the best thing that happened to me. She really is one in a million!!

I look forward to meet all of you in the maple land!! @tjsecondtry has already initiated a meetup in Toronto, a harbinger towards the realisation of our dream Yukon party, and I shall strive to make it a reality. Everyone shall be welcome!!

All the best to everyone waiting for their ITAs/Nominations. Until next time, adieu friends!!

Hi Members

I would just like to find out if any one has experience with creating a new GCKey?
I have forgotten my username and I know I need to create a new GCKey and link my profile but I am worried this will change my application date.
I joined the pool in October and I would really like that to stay the same in case of a tie breaker.

Does anyone know if linking a old application to a new GCKey will affect my application date?

Kind regards

**UPDATE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE**
Linking your profile to a new GCKey does not affect your application in any way.
Called CIC and asked the said it wont so I linked it and I can confirm the submission date was not affected
