Just something that might indicate there may be a draw on January 17th!!!

"This online service will be unavailable from 3:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. Eastern time, on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, in order to perform system maintenance."
where is that mentioned ??? or you are suggesting that if there is a draw on 17th then this will be mentioned on the site :/

For now it is closed, wait the announcement from OINP web page: http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html
And if you are invited you will receive an NOI to apply.

Regards
Thanks! I am currently at 418, when I inquired for ONIP to my immigration agent, he said you will have to have all document ready if you want to apply for ONIP and you might get just one day to submit all scan copies of those docs once ONIP is open, m bit doubtful, is this true?

Highly unlikely.
Website will be down on 16th till 5:30 am.
Draw might happen on 17th.
Why would they maintain a day before even drawing out cut off?
Website maintainace has nothing to do with draw. I have seen website maintaince a few times with no draw happening for more than a week. So i think it has no significance

Quick question all about letter of employment duties.

I am starting the process of obtaining this document now. I do not have ITA yet, but things at my current employer are quite bad ( long story, bullying staff, trying to force staff to sign new contracts removing certain legal rights ) so may have to leave my current employer within this month to get out of the toxic environment :)

Does anybody know how recently dated the letter confirming employment duties needs to be ?

I actually have one from last year, but can get the same issued again and signed in the next week or so. If I am lucky enough to get an NOI from OINP when it re-opens, I know it should be fine, but, the earliest I can expect an ITA is March, would a letter from January be ok for a March ITA ?

Or in short, how recent does the letter of employment need to be dated ? :)

Thank you again and best wishes
For a past employer, it doesn't matter when you receive the letter. For the present employer, this should be as close to recent as possible...hope this helps...

Thank you so much, appreciate. will go with the latter
