The speaker said the word "Receptionist", your answer cannot be different than what the speaker says in the listening exam.
Also, the answer is probably Belt(s) making the "S" optional

What about employees are paid on ??

I wrote Thursdays. Though Hourly basis seems more appropriate to me . But the speaker said as payment is made from Monday to Friday and employees are paid on Thursdays. Is it correct?

I agree with you. Bcz i believe we need to write what we hear. Speaker said receptionist
