I live in the US on H1B. A lot of people here are talking about Canadian PR. I had taken the IELTS back in 2015 and only 2 or 3 Indians were taking it then at my center. I took the IELTS in December and there were a lot of Indians there. I regret not applying for PR back then when I received ITA multiple times. Now sitting at 451 because of age, I am concerned that it won't be so easy.
By my understanding
You can still reject but your 1500$ will be gone which you would have paid to Ontario
You will easily make it at 451

Do apply for WES, You have a great score! It should come down to 440-445 in February but don't wait for it. You might shell out another 250$ but it will be handy anyways and you won't waste it.
Just my opinion.
I was sure that on 3rd Jan .. the score would come to 441 .. but with no draw .. this week .. I think it will take time for 440 score so should I apply for
My prediction it will be 3rd or 4th draw in 2018, the CRS might drop to your score ranges
10th Jan - 450-454
17th Jan - 444-448
31st Jan - 438-442

I strongly believe the draw for 10th will be around 444. I do not think much has happened along the lines of ielts or ECA.to cause a stir!
Hmmm that's what .. these ppl r so unpredictable .. I guess I LL apply for Wes after the 1st draw .. watching what score comes
I might be wrong, I guess only 1 IELTS exam results are declared post 20th Dec draw!
But still 444 is low, it will be somewhere atleast 448-454

I really hope the score is not so high and they have back to back draws .. bcz right now we don't even know that jan will have 2 or 3 draws ..the score completely depends on this how many draws we LL have this month
If there is a draw on the 10th and then a 2weeks gap, what are your thoughts on that? Jus hopeful for a low cut off because the 1st and 2nd draw is crucial!
