All the answers you provided are correct except the below. I feel the below 3 answers could be different from yours,
12. Easy Wheel chair access to cafeteria - False (The access was not easy. You had to move a level. hence False.
13. Parking badge needed for all - False (Parking allotment for special badge holders. Not everyone required badge).
18. 4 months (1 month for approval and 3 months for equipment arrangement.)

Section 3 in general reading was multiple choice right..I mean we just have to mention from options right ...not the exact letters

yes there was,,they was trying to confuse the candidates bcoz they show individual develop performance like this
