Hello all,
I had given a sample format to my HR for my experienced certficate, I mentioned him to add benefits. However he did not do so, he just wrote annual salary and appraisal salary. And now he is refusing to write another copy. Can you kindly suggest what can be done?

Use your offer letter salary breakup to highlight the benefits component. Maybe get an affidavit made that states the same and have your HR sign off on it. Or else, just explain in an LoE.

It’s enough. No need to go in depth

well this is where the problem starts, I have misplaced my offer letter, so it will be a daunting task now to persuade the HR to search for that. Just when I thought this part was easy, and the problems have already started.

Why do you need to mention benefits? All they need to know is that it is a paid job. Base salaray should be sufficient.
Ok can anyone please 100percent confirm that, because in the canada ca website, which i had checked some time ago and as far i could remember, it did mention benefits along with designations, salary, working hours and so on. So hence I assumed benefits is mandatory.

When I checked cic website they didn't say anything about benefits. Can you copy and paste exactly where u saw it? I may have missed it then

It' ok . I have friends who got through and they didn' t state benefits. Ur salary and ur time is the important factor.
Thanks, would it be possible if I can get in touch with any one of them in this forum, because if for whatever reasons if it gets declined, there is no way my HR is going to make any changes. Now I can still try to convince him to make changes in the experienced certificate, in the future he simply wont.

Aw sorry. They are not on this forum. What i did was to write up my own letter and send it to the company. They just had to verify the info , print and sign. You can try doing that
