The money needs to be readily available to you for settlement in Canada. So you can show PF as valid proof of funds. Attach an LoE stating that the rules allow immigrants from the country to withdraw complete balance of PF. A friend followed the procedure.
Even better, attach your Aadhaar number to your PF account and withdraw it in full after leaving job for 2 months. That money is stuck there for no reason! Show those funds in your account and live happily ever after!

I have mentioned previously also that predicting for future draws is a futile exercise unless the ITA numbers are constant. So, please wait for 1 draw prediction at a time.
What is the average daily growth in the following ranges?
601-1200
451-600
401-450
Past 5 draws shows it is approx 150/day. If per round they ask for 2750, CRS should go down pretty quickly....Any clue Abishek_89

Hello there. I believe what needs is a sample LOE to serve as a guide. I have also been looking out for replies to that and I believe it would benefit a number of people. Do you mind helping out with some if you have?
Hello,
i think that the reason why you can't find a specific format for LOE is because it's just a formal letter addressed to CIC, where applicants have the opportunity to explain points which might not be clear enough for the officer, or which might not be justified by documents. and they are very specific for each applicant.
In my case i used this format:

Name / Surname
Application Number: xxxx
UCI Number:xxxx
Dependent
UCI Number:
Address:
Tel:

e-mail:
place / date
L E T T E R O F E X P L A N A T I O N

Letter No.x
Dear Madam / Sir,
My name is xxxxx, I have applied for Permanent Residence on xxxxxx under the xxxxxx Program.
Application Number
Exxxxxx, UCI Number xxxxx,
The reason I am writing this letter is to explain about the documents I am uploading after the Additional Documents Request for xxxx.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Please kindly take in consideration my letter of explanation.
Yours Sincerely,
xxxxxxxxx

Good Luck!

Dear All,
While I was filling WES ECA application form, I put wrong answer to question which asked me "dates attended the degree". My first degree was awarded in 2007 and I started the class in 2002. So I put 2002 to 2007 as the dates attended. Then my masters was awarded in 2012 but mistakenly I put my academic years from 2009 to 2010. It should be 2008 to 2010.
Is it going to be a problem as there will be a missing year unexplained?

Now when I check my submitted application in WES account I dont see any option to edit this. It only shows summery of application which has degree details and award date olny. No start date and end date of the degree mentioned.

If I get my ECA done like this then would IRCC check with WES about which year I have attended the courses at my University? When I will be filling EE profile before and after ITA I will have to explain my educational and personal history then if this mismatch, will it count as misrepresentation?

Good news is I havent paid the WES fees yet. I've chosen western union as payment method thus it was submitted and a WES reference number generated as well. Can I just create a New account and enter details correctly and pay fees? Or it is not necessary? Please help me to clear my doubts.
Anyone please???

Hi there,
You should contact by using your account, send them an official message, explain everything, then they will respond you in 5 working days.
Also you can call them by phone, on google you will find easily their number.

Until the decision announcement, you can update your ECA all the time, just send them a message, you will be fine.
Good luck!

The 150+/day would be the average for 441-1200 range. If you look at the average at lower ranges (for example CRS 401-410) it would be pretty low, the reason for that is those at lower CRS ranges jump to higher CRS ranges due to multiple reasons (for example higher IELTS score), hence the total intake looks lesser at lower CRS ranges which is not the case. With the current intake to the pool, it is almost impossible for the cut off to go below 430 with 2750 ITAs and 2 week gap draws.

For the cut off to significantly decrease, we have 3 options:
1) Lesser people apply for Canada PR or lesser people improve their CRS scores (Impossible scenario)
2) CIC increases the ITAs issued per draw (Possible scenario)
3) CIC conducts draws with 1 week gap (Possible scenario)

My permutation is complete and good News for people with lower scores.

I estimated 220 candidates left in the 441 to 450 range after the last draw.

For the January 3rd draw, I assumed that number of people entering the pool between now and January 3 will either be at historical level or even lower. ( This is due to the following factors, lower number of ECA will be issued, IELTS result to be released and the fact that lower number of working days will affect a lot of people's submission due to ECA and IELTS).

2750 ITAs Cut off will be 437 +/- 2

3000+ ITA Cut off will be 434 +/- 2

All this is just logic but if you are sitting at 430+ the chances are you will get your ITA by third week in January.

Historically, 2015, 2016 and 2017, there is a consecutive draw in the first two weeks of January and that will lower the CRS.

Anyways don’t take my estimations serious just see it as a possible guide.

Thanks.

Just for those who will ask, below is my last estimation for today's draw.

2750 ITA cut off 447 -/+ 2
3000+ ITA cut off 441-/+ 2
Your estimates on the number of candidates left in the CRS 441-450 range is inaccurate.

We had around 1260 applicants @ CRS 441-450 range on Dec 18. The cut off was 446 for the Dec 20th draw so atleast half of the 1260 applicants would be remaining in the pool on Dec 20th without an ITA which means the numbers should be around 630 or more considering not all on CRS 446 would have got an ITA and more people would be in the 441-445 range than in the 446-450 range.

So, if the number of ITAs don't increase and remain constant at 2750 and the next draw happens on Jan 3rd, it would be extremely unlikely for the cut off to fall below CRS 440.

I agree with Abishek. I think you are making a huge error with the 441-450 count. If you think about the logic there was a 2 day difference between the draw and the table. To say that there is atleast half remaining in the pool is not correct. The maximum number that could be in the pool is 350 between 441- 446. I do however agree with you that the score will be closer to 440. I think it will be based on my calculations 339 which is very close to both you and Abishek @2750 ITA

Hi,
I am @440 and will be loosing 5 points in Feb. I am in confusion to retake ielts or not. Experts plz suggest.

Thanks
wait till the 3rd January draw and then reach a decision. I would say the chance for you to get an ITA in January with 440 is around 90-95% so nothing to worry about that.

HI @Abishek

For the last 2 years, we have seen around 3000+ applicants were given ITA during the first draw of January, on an average. So, considering the quota which has been increased to the maximum, for 2018, compared to the last couple of years, we can assume that at least 3000 people should get their ITA if not more. I believe your prediction is right with 440-442 to be the cut off for 2750 ITA, so what is your call if 3000 ITA is issued in 3rd January and if we assume further 3000 ITA to be given on 17th January, what do you think about the Cut off CRS for that draw?

I would advise you to wait until the second draw in January. Highly likely you will get an ITA

Hi All,

Is there anyone in the banking sector? I have a friend who is working as an assistant manager in Chennai & does have the below responsibilities, so if anyone is in the same shoe, it would be great if you can recommend me which NOC goes well with her duties? Thanks :)

Assistant Managerial basic duties-

A bank assistant manager is just as responsible as the bank manager for the overall success or failure a bank faces. He is responsible in assisting the bank manager in training all the bank employees to do their job well. They help in budgeting of the banks expenses and help create a fool-proof daily routine that the employees can follow. Bank assistant managers help the bank manager in a lot of his duties and tasks.

maybe she is confused between- NOC 0122, NOC 1212 or NOC 6235.
