Hey, got my passport request today. Do they refuse even after passport request?

When did u applied? and whether online or offline and from which visa application centre?

Submitting through vfs, will i get an email for medical or will be passport be dispatched back to lagos with a letter requesting for medical exam... I don't know how it is done exactly when its comes to medical
