With a CRS 432, should I wait for few draws? Is there any chance of getting ITA? or should I work on improving my CRS?

Kindly advise.
Always work on improving your CRS. If you can do it by retaking the IELTS, do so. The language skills are also one of the most important skills you can have once you land in CA, so it's not a time lost.

Patiently waiting here on a 422. Really bummed out the score increased this time around.

I have a question regarding employment letters. All my employment letters have all the information requested - I sent each former employee the letter filled out and had them sign it, so it has everything. Do I need to include anything else when I get my ITA? Payslips? I don't have any anymore...

Also, some of my jobs were less than a year long. I was employed for at least a whole year in at least one job, though. I can claim points for those shorter jobs, right?

Hi, I am in at crs score of 406. Will the cutoff come down to this score next year ?
The ones in 420 even 430, are praying for luck, we are a long way to catch up. The way I see the trend over past few months, I don’t think so. And it’s not easy for me to say this since my score is lower than yours.

Agreed, we do have a long way to catch up. Looking at recent trends, I think above 410 has hope maybe middle of next year, and 400-410 maybe later next year. That's why I'm really praying hard for OINP to reopen before my NOI expires, as my score will drop to 399 in February.

I hope thats not the case. Waiting till mid next year will be unbearable. In my opinion, we should have a clearer picture within the next 20 days when 2018 targets are announced. Its evident that the # of ITAs are heavily dependant on the years quotas.
Hoping for a positive, huge, grand target from CIC for 2018.

Yes, we should have a clearer picture when 2018 targets are announced. I think 420+ should have a good chance later this year and possibly into early next year for the low 420s. As of September 28, there were 3,117 in 421-430, 3,674 in 411-420, and 4,991 in 401-410, so it's going to take some time to get through the 411-420 folks. But it has been made pretty clear that the 2018 targets will increase from 2017, so hopefully the increase will be high enough to bring the CRS down more.

Are the targets announced in a scheduled press conference or just posted on the website. I mean will we know in advance when its coming ?

Yikes I sure hope the sun shines bright with lower crs scores before March next year. After that I would seriously need to reconsider the next step because I lose points due to age and will have to give ielts again.

There is no way to expedite it. You can raise a CSE to get into about it though.
Reason of delay or any other concern but AFA the processing time is concerned, it depends on case to case and you can't expedite the process.
Hey, do you mind sharing your NOC?

In the same boat! Hoping for a miracle before January, because I lose 5 points and then my IELTS is expiring in July... Feeling bummed a bit.

WES finally acknowledged receipt of my documents as of Oct 6th....now the painful wait begins. Hopefully it won't take long since they're US and Australian credentials....
