It will show updated first and then change to submitted once those updates are transmitted. So dont worry.

i have seen many of the seniors here telling that.. profile would turn updated by default, before a draw... and i created my profile last week.. mine doesnt show as updated.. i didnt make any change recently...

The draw usually takes place really early in the morning, but it's published much much later, during the day.
