No need to enter the course dates. Just click on the passport number and family name and give those details.
They asked for course dates. So I entered the start date and just the end month and year. Did not put the date.
i donthave family name in my passport . i am trying to link my application by select uci number and application number option !

Did you try selecting the family name option and leaving the family name field blank? Fill in the passport details and first name.
But tomorrow is Saturday right I don't think so embassy works on the weekends...bro.

In the Application details "Please select one" drop down box, select Family name, Given name and date of birth. Then leave the field Family name blank, fill in the given name and date of birth. Fill in the passport number, country of issue, issue date and expiry date. Leave the other fields blank and search. Hope it works.
