@ dr feras

do u recommend ordering the GCMS notes? do they realistically help? we aren't in Canada but we have close family there that we can request to apply for the notes on our behalf. and from what i understand it is not an expensive or complicated process. CAD 5 if u do it directly online? plz correct me if i am wrong.

Thats correct 5 dollars.
If I was you, since we have same AOR date, I wouldve ordered them by now. 60 days mark with current quick timelines is definitely the time to trigger ordering them. They wont harm at all, and you might have your ppr by the time you recieve them as they take 30 days, but since they are cheap then why not. They do sometimes trigger good movement, as an agent reviews your file and then releases the notes. So if ot was just stuck without any good reason like security screening, they would probably give it a push.

Apparently there was a batch of PPRs yesterday. I too got mine, though there is no change in application in CIC website.
AOR : July 18
Med : July 26
IP1 : July 26
RPRF : Aug 8
RPRF paid : Aug 10
NA2 : Aug 11
IP2 : Aug 16
PPR : Aug 30

Good Luck to those in the queue. You are going to get it very soon.
Congrats :)

I must say that Candian Employees are very efficient. Never seen such a quick time frame for PR processing - especially June/July/August submissions.

I guess they have to fill the quota by the end of this year.

For real. You gotta see irish eea family visa for a spouse. Over 18 months processing, while your passport stays with them. You ask for it back, they cancel your application.

Mine got changed this morning to "the additional documents you provided have been uploaded"... I have not uploaded anything and my application is already approved according to an agent.
LOE is considered as additional document if you have uploaded any.

To the senior members here:
My application was updated to "we do not need additional documents", while yesterday it was " the additional documents have been uploaded".
The background check is still "we are processing the background check..."..
With Aor July 17, and Medical passed 2 days later, for an FSW-Inland, am I close to the "golden email"?

Is this the 2nd time your backround check changes from NA? If yes, then yes thats very good sign

Ok. Because IP1 has many different wordings, and NA2 can sometimes be short so you dont notice it. I believe your progress is great and this recent change could mean that you basically passed eligibility and ppr is round the corner. Lets hope security and final visa officer approval go quick. Since you are an inland applicant, I believe your visa office is Ottawa? IP2 ( which is where you are now) takes anything there from a day to 2-3 weeks on average. But like I always tell other members, from watching Ottawa trends as it was my VO as well, usually thursday/friday is the day they do big ppr batches. Anytime from 5-7 pm ottawa time. So keep an eye on your email including junk folder.
