Congratulations to everyone who got an ITA. The race is for the swift. I received my ECA on Aug 9 my birthday. I lost 5 points but still ended up with 435 points. I immediately placed myself in the pool. If I had received that ECA a few days earlier I would have gotten an ITA. No worries. Im keeping my fingers crossed that there is at least one more draw in August and that it is below 435.

You can have your parents transfer the money to your account and sign a gift deed.

Certainly. In most countries it's a legal document. I am assuming you are from India, any lawyer should be able to help you. Documents you will need:
1- An e-stamped affidavit
2- e-stamped gift deed
3- net worth certificate of your father
4- your bank statement
5- bank letter
And explaination in LOE

P.S. I recommend to get the money transferred in one transaction either by cheque or online to keep things simple

Dear I am in same situation as yours, Following line is from ministerial instruction for yesterday's draw

Determination — number of invitations
1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on August 9, 2017, and ending on August 10, 2017, is 2,991.

It means ITA issuing window is from 9th August till 10th August end of day. Still 10th August working day not started in Canada. Lets hope we will get ITA before end of today's working day.

No, But today I saw a number of candidates with more then 433 CRS who did not receive ITA till now.

UCI - I don't have it either.
