I concord! They will keep the pool competitive enough in order to make those in canada already have a higher advantage. If you are outside Canada, you need to have strong ties like siblings and do well in ielts! All eyes on ielts guys!
Is it just me or does 69 look really dirty? 
Also, there is not much seats left.
It will be drawing every 3 weeks from now for 3000 each. Or 2000 each if it's biweekly
It looks like they conduct draws whenever they have enough numbers above their preferred CRS cut-off rather than conducting draws at fixed intervals.
Those extra people in a week means Ontario has sent them nomination within this time period and if not all but most of them accepted it. This explains why CIC took an extra week to conduct the draw. I think next draw will see a big drop, I guess at least by 15 points to 425.

I might be joining the pool tomorrow if my updated ECA comes in with an CRS of 439. Let's hope for a draw in weeks or at most couple of weeks time so that the CRS drops.
I agree it's difficult for the CRS to drop if the draws take place with 3 or 4 weeks gap.

I agree with your view. The reason for so many additions above 441 would be OINP nominations. And I think there would be more nominations in the coming weeks as many are waiting in DIP, assessment stages of OINP. My guess is in the next 3-4 weeks there would be more than 600 OINP nominations
Right. For an international students who completed their studies from Canada and having 1 year of experience, can easily get 450+ and assuming so many international students, the CRS will be competitive.
