hi everyone,

I have got an update today morning for my application after lots of phone calls and emails they have finally responded with an email. They have asked for missing documents by email. Instead of returning our whole application they gave us an opportunity to send them those required documents.


Your application does not meet the requirements for processing and as such, will not be processed. In lieu of returning your application, we are allowing you the opportunity to address the missing requirements.

As it does not meet the requirements for processing, your submission and documents will not be processed or put in the queue for processing. In lieu of returning your submission, we are allowing you 30 days to address the missing requirements and submit the requested information. If you are unable to provide any or all of the
requested documents/information, please explain why they are not available. if you do not provide the requested documents within the timeframe, your application will be
returned to you as unprocessed.


So my question is if anybody knows the answer, which address should I send those documents to? because I sent my application in the courier address which is 2, Robert Speck Parkway. But they have sent me the email from CPC Mississauga P.O. Box 3000, Station A Mississauga, ON L5A 4N6 .

Now if I send it by Courier are they going to accept courier in CPC Mississauga? I am confused here because they put a different address for courier. I have to send it by courier to make it fast. what should I do?

Okay ! yes its better to be safe then sorry!. Just one quick query; have you submitted original PCC?

And shall we submit PCC and fee receipt by email or by Courier?

We took the original but the rep mentioned color photocopy is fine and husband end up giving color copy which i dont understand why he would do that bu anyways!
It is upto you how you want to do it. If you have VFS center near you i would say just drop the papers as you will get a reciept as well!

Its far from my PA's home so I was thinking to email or courier them. Let's see now how long will it take to complete the background check and for PPR.

1 dependant my wife is pregnant so she did medical without x ray

Can anyone tell me what the average time to get AOR2 from new delhi visa office is, after SA receiving "transfer letter" from Mississauga and PA'S ecas changing to "in process"? Thanks in advance

CanadaPost's ExpressPost is pretty fast. Mine was delivered the next day.

I am not in Canada now so I can't send it by Canada post.

then use the courier address if outside canada .. do not use regular mail .. and do not send a courier to a PO box address. In Canada, couriers dont go to po box addresses ..

print this letter and attach it to the front of the required documents ..

the letter should have your application numbers etc, so I wudnt be worried about them messin up with your file ..the mail is all going to the same place .. it's just giving the canadians two options .. one is cheaper and the other isnt .. but if you want to have some peace of mind, use the courier address ..

Man, Although it's Canadian Immigration, it's New Delhi.
You can't expect any positive experience hereafter.
BTW, I just summarized for VO office in our google sheet, out 550 applications, 150 are for New Delhi. OMG. That's crazy.

Even in June there are a LOT of NDVO applicants.

They didn't give us the application number yet, this was written in the attachment in the email.
