My online account asks for pay stubs along with reference letters. I'm FSW - Outland.

Does it say "if available." If it does then its optional, if not then you should include pay stubs.

Hey @legalfalcon

Do you know if the same security checks at the PR level are done at the temporary resident visa level or is it on a lower scale?
Visitors security are at a much lower threshold.

Thanks a lot. I just came from the notary public, and did everything the way you recommended.

Eligibility, BGC / Security - PPR

Thank you.

I want to give you a little insight into my application, don't know if you will understand it or can explain to me.

On 21st, We do not need additional documents
On 21st, RPRF was raised
On 24th, I paid and it was received
On 25th, The additional documents are being reviewed

Please what's next?

@legalfalcon. Please advise me on my case.

I'm applying for Express Entry PR application. I have a foreign work experience of 3 years (2 years as a research assistant and 1 year as a Civil Engineer).

Problem is
I did not show this work experience in my study permit application (I dont even remember the dates I had mentioned in my application). Of course, I would be accused of misrepresentation if I file my EE case now. But the truth is I did not think it worth mentioning in my study permit application back then. I had no idea this mistake of mine can become a big problem for me in future.

How do I tackle this? I have read two cases here on this forum who had the same situation and were convicted of misrepresentation by VO. I have the reference letter with me showing hours worked, salary and duties. I just dont know how to convince VO. The thought of 5 years ban scares me a lot. But its the truth.

Hi, @legalfalcon

So I got a reply from CPC-CTD-Ottawa which says "Our office has now concluded its part in the processing of your application and your file has been transferred to the Visa Office in New Delhi". But my BGC is still at NA. A week before my file was still at CIO, nova scotia. So, what does this signifies? My timeline is

AOR 1 April
Medical Passed 3-4 June
BGC NA since 4-5 June.

Thanking you

Hello @legalfalcon

Blunder alert!

I did submit my application yesterday and forgot to upload scanned documents of WES and IELTS. Are we suppose to upload those or they can pull it up from the codes/numbers we have provided while making the EE profile?

Hi,

I also received CPC-CTD-Ottawa's reply to my email and they said that my application is in Sydney, Nova Scotia.
My timeline is as follows:
AOR 21 April
Med pass 22 June
Additional documents requested 22 June
Background check changed to in progress the same day 22June
Additional documents (Schedule A) was submitted on 27 June
It first showed submitted and then Uploaded
The same day my Background check changed to NA
and it is the same ever since.
Any speculation:)

When did you submit your application? The status update on My CIC is not a very accurate way of knowing where your application is at. As of now everything look fine, based on the status you posted above.

Instead read the stages which an application goes through here:

https://www.getgcms.com/blog/express-entry-application-processed/

The only accurate way of knowing where your application is and if it has any issues is to see the IRCC agent notes through your GCMS notes. If you have cross 60 days post AoR, you should order GCMS notes, which you can do at https://www.getgcms.com

If you are concerned with the dates, you can get a copy of your application from IRCC and use it to make sure that have the same info. You can order a copy of your study permit application from GET GCMS, and use GCMS+ as the option. https://www.getgcms.com/order-now

It will be a copy of the study permit you filed, exactly as it. This will help you give information in your file and peace of mind. You can even tweak the info before your file your PR.

If your file has reached LVO, they will do the final steps of your eligibility and then your eligibility will be confirmed and the BGC will start. If you would like, you can order GCMS notes to make sure that there are no adverse notes for the eligibility and everything is sailing smooth. If everything is fine, it is just a matter of time before you will see BGC in progress and then the PPR.

Usually uploading them is not required. But IRCC keeps changing the instructions, online. So check with others who just uploaded whether it was asked. If it was, which I doubt, you can send it visa CSE. ASAP

Thank you for your reply. So do you mean to say that my BGC has not started yet? If it is so, should I expect a longer wait?

Also, regarding eligibility (correct me if I am wrong) the agent has made his recommendation and now visa officer at LVO will make the final decision right?

Thank you once again.

Thanks. I will order the GCMS notes. But the problem remains. The 2 year work experience was not mentioned in study permit application. And now I want to claim points for it since I actually did it. How do I solve this problem ?

Thanks for the quick revert first of all.
I just checked my personalized checklist and nowhere it asks for IELTS or WES (maybe that's why I missed it).
I will try to raise CSE and send them the documents anyways.

Really thankful for helping out so many immigrants like me.
