Medicals still in review and BG has gone to IP 1, then NA by June 21, what stage am I likely to be. Also, spouse was diagnosed with HIV at medicals, so what next?

...look like they start to do ur bgc first...and hold ur medical. All u can do now is just wait. Wait for med passed, then ip2 may come after that.

as per my knowledge , you have passed eligibility with the exemption of 'passing medicals'. your IP2 can only start once your medicals get cleared.
consider your self at the end of IP1 stage.

i feel bad to say this but make up your mind for a possible decline , since HIV being contagious disease wont let you get into canada.
