Certainly I understand this requirement, however, we are Outland applicants so how can we be living together as the word Outland is used wen sponsor is in Canada n PA is in native country,

If they don't live together how can they have a common lease agreement?

If they don't live together how can they have joint utilities account?

And who in this world at is age of 25 is capable enough toh own (purchase) a property by himself so that they can add the spouse name as joint owner?

I think it's not relevant to Outland applicants. I have sent whatsapp convos n they received it on 23-June, so probably inshud hear back sumthing by next week.
If not then might be my file be returned too.

The new checklist does have a better decision tree to determine what requirements apply to your situation.

You can add your wife name to rental lease agreement.

You can add your wife name to company's benefits/insurance

That list is age generic not for 25 years old or for 35 years old.

There is a reason, that they only asked for 3 documents from vast range of scenarios.

use this method to link application. It worked for me.

1. choose application # and Family name
2. Do not fill place of birth and county of birth leave both of them blank not even a space.
3. Fill passport information
4.fill the last part as in your application
5. # of applicants =2
PS: make sure that number of applicants is correct. If it's just the PA, then number will be 2 including sponsor. If there is any dependant increase the count accordingly.

I have followed above steps but no luck.

I just got AOR Thursday 20 July.

Any one have another idea

Thank you @starnaenae. I(sponsor) received SA on July 10 and that email read PA(same email as the sponsor) will receive another email to submit SCH A. Its been 10 business days and haven't heard anything.

Hold your Beer man...!! I received SA approval on July 7, 2017 and haven't received PCC/Schedule request yet.
I called CIC and agent looked through my file.
He asked his Senior Advisor, and that Senior Advisor asked his Senior Advisor and after brief hold of 15 Minutes, he said they supposed to send PCC, Schedule A request just after SA, but they missed it or messed the order. It supposed to be sent in group. So, he wrote the note and send the request to authorized department who sends out emails. He said it may still take more than a week to get it. So, just wait till I receive the request. He said no need to send it via webform.

So, you should wait as well but if you have time, then call CIC on Monday and talked to agent. But, you have to be authorized representative of PA.
They are very helpful. They tell you as much as they can, and answer all our stupid questions.

Hey Payal, when you go to check messages & status, there is application status listing application profile / details. They must have edited any of those details. I too got message for update but as you said there was nothing for me when I looked. But When I looked closely again, they have updated that my wife cleared the medicals . So you'll have to read all that to see what they have updated

Hi there!

Im new to this forum although our application is already on-going. In fact me and my daughter just finished medical exams in Manila couple of days ago so were technically just waiting for the approval of which and hoping to move forward from then. Our application was received June 6, 2017.

I have one concern though with regards to the non-accompanying form for a minor dependent child. My daughter is not my husband's, biologically speaking. My ex (which I never married) and I are not in good terms, and my daughter carries his last name. Ex doesnt want to sign the form, so when my husband and I submitted the form I wrote a letter to CIC narrating what I have gone thru with my ex and how I decided to cut all ties of my daughter from him together with a notarized affidavit saying that under Philippine Law the mother exercise absolute parental authority over an illegitimate child.

Long story short, we have come to this point of the application, does that mean that CIC has honored my letter and the affidavit? Last check with an immigration specialist, they told us that CIC always wants either the form or a custody order, and I currently doesn't have either one.

Hope somebody from this forum could share his knowledge or experience.

Hi! I think you should verify if the papers was indeed received by CIC.

Hmmmm. May be you missed something in your Schedule A form. Or you could have skipped a few dates in the Personal History and Address History sections. CIC is very anal about including every month of every year for the past 10 years or since you turned 18.

Indeed, I actually dind't miss a thing its CIC that didnt understand that I had two concurent activities. they want to see one ends and the other starting

I call IRCC on Friday and agent told me they are working on Jun 12 apps.
