I got the sch a req but along with that they also want me to submit the digitized photo and the birth certificate.My husband is from india and the certificate is in a different language,should i upload the certified notarized copy and mail all the documents to them or what should i do.

I'm from Nepal as well. we recently got the dates in the transcripts translated and notarized and are submitting that.

but there is only one upload button which is asking for the birth certificate/registration. How are you going to submit all of those? Did you get your SA and Medical request already as well?

i had submitted birth certificate, birth registration and its english translation with my original application along with some school records. Did you as well? and what was the request letter for yours called? mine is asking for the birth certificate/ registration. I am confused.

yes I got my medicals done yesterday . got SA as well. Also, I was thinking of scanning everything together in one file and uploading it. where did u get ur medicals done??

there is a way to merge all documents under PDF, but you have to have the INSERT PAGES feature under DOCUMENTS tab.

BUT, this can still be done. gather all your documents, scan them, save them as PDF. zip your file. upload that. make sure the zip file is under 4MB in total. You can even write a NOTE and leave that in the zip file for the officer to read.

I submitted my birth certificate/registration translated and notarized both original and translated. I got my voters id translated as well. but initially I hadn't submitted the school records. may be that's the reason they are asking for the whole thing again (birth certificate/registration). urghhh this is soo confusing.

yes it is very confusing as i had submitted all these documents before. we will re-send everything with explanation and wait and see what happens.
