Just checked my account and discovered we just got UCIs assigned and medicals passed.

I have the same exact dates like yours...what does your statuses say especially for documents and back ground checks ??

Mine says: Documents are reviewed currently

My documents review is same as yours as at today whereas my background check is on Not applicable.

Good. Have you bothered to find out if your file has been moved to local visa office. I don't know if it's still too early to start asking CIC about our visa office. You know that knowledge of ones visa office can help calm some nerves you can know what to expect based on the different speed of processing of the various LVOs

I infact did..... I've dropped an email to the CIC Ottawa email to find that out..... Awaiting a reply. Also since i applied it in the UAE so it most probably would be Abu dhabi office... Again " Not sure"

I would just suggest to wait a bit...

LVOs are now play less role than before. A lot of PPRs are issued by Ottawa.

Hi friends,

I need a help from you. I have a query regarding the Bahrain PCC. I stayed in Bahrain from Feb 2013 to Aug 2013 for work. I have not visited Bahrain since then. I got the PCC from Bahrain in sept 2014 (since I was trying for canadian PR since then). I got an ITA in April 2017. I submitted the PCC from Bahrain which I got in Sept 2014 in June 2017. So I want to know, will this lead to any rejection since, it is written in the PCC that the validity is for 3 months from the date of issue. If anybody has any idea regarding this, it would be of great help.
