Hey guys... so silent observer here, but owe a lot to this forum for in depth knowledge. Esp @kiran and legalfalcon and many others who openly share their experience with us.
I'm living in the UAE, same AOR as @johnsyk.
My timeline is :
AOR: April 10
Meds passed: June 15
RPRF requested / paid : June 27/June 28. RPRF request letter said your eligibility, admissibility and security are under review.
Background status: it was NA from AOR April 10 until July 15. From July 15, it says, we are processing your background check.
Also on July 15: no additional docs needed ( previously it said we require additional docs, which was the famous system glitch )
Travel history: Thailand, Malaysia, turkey, Spain, Saudi Arabia
Big question : is this IP1 or IP2????

Most are at ottawaCongrats to those who got their PPR!
Just wanted to ask, which VO was processing your applications?
So if the file doesn't move to local VO and remains at Ottawa, is it usually a sign that it would be processed faster?
What about Sydney VO?
Thanks @wolverine1. Fingers crossed here. Spoilt by the quick processing speed of the Indian applicants at Ottawa and hoping for the same.
Someone on the forum said getting the PPR mail is like falling in love. lol. Can totally relate.

Some are processed at sydney also and sent to lvo at the very end but in general ottawa is the fastest visa office
First set of notes were dated May 12, and they showed zero progress on the file. I ordered the next set on June 20, so should get them this week.
I have a number to call CIC but it's linked to IVR and just reads out my account status. Not able to get thru to CIC otherwise.
