Heyyy guy,

I am in canada now and I have applied for my wife's pr. my file reached cic on 20 June. Only thing I want to ask you is I forgot to send my passport size photos as well with the mail. So do you think they will just return the application or they will ask for photos to be sent.

Waiting for your reply.

Depends, from what i read they sometimes return the whole application and sometimes they just request the missing items. You will know soon enough.

Hi All,

Looking at everyone's application progress, I am really happy for all out there. However, in my wife's case its a bit different. We have submitted medical and schedule A forms. Only waiting for PCC. For others, everyone got their Schedule A request along with PCC. Wonder why mine seems a bit strange.

Anyways, waiting for PCC. I hope that is the final document they will require. Any estimate as to when to expect PCC ???

Thanks,
Tejas.

your whole app will most likely get return. dont forget to write DOB, full name of applicant, photo studio, date on the back of one photo

My current occupation is business, i put it on the background check, do i need to show papers to cic? Do i need to close down the business and submit papers to cic? Spousal Sponsorship. Thanks

Check with cic. There have been issues with document requests. We sent ours upfront so we never got the request....

If you are the sponsor you need to provide a letter of employment as well as Noa for 2016. If you are the PA no you do not

Your passport size photos or your wife's??

Thats normal. I experienced that too. But it comes with changes in gckey status like "documents have been uploaded" or "we are reviewing your eligibility".

Then after a week, my gckey changed from Updated to Submitted, the next day my eCas change to In Process and my Sponsor received email that our application is sent to Visa Office.
the same messege i have documents have been uoloaded and reviewing eligibility but still ecas .
1.app recived
2.medical recived
