Your post isn't very clear.

To meet the residency obligation, you must be able to look back at any time at the previous five years and have spent two of those years inside of Canada. The fact you were outside of Canada studying doesn't change this. You must still meet the residency requirement.

I landed in december 2015 then i lived in canada for month and left for my studies then for 3 years i lived out of canada but each year i came for a month on vacations so in those three years i spend only three months in canada now i have the exact time till my pr will expire to complete my two years

So what am asking is can i leave canada for only 3 weeks - one month in between since i only have exact two years left to complete it

So if 3 weeks or a month is less in the two years requirements will there be any problem ?

Yes - it will be a problem. You can't renew your PR card unless you have at least 730 days residency in the last five year. Anything less and you'll be refused and your PR status revoked.

Ok thanks what if i dont renew it n complete my time for citizenship ?or else i live an extra one year after that n then renew it ?

Sure - you can certainly do that.

But still the a month will be lessen from my two years requirement but with this decision they wont revoke or cause any problem for me right?whats best dont renew n complete days for citizen or live an extra year n then renew?

As long as you remain in Canada without traveling at all outside of Canada - you'll be fine. If you need to leave Canada - and don't meet the residency requirements - then you may have issues.

Issues even if only 3 weeks or a Month is less in two years?what kind of issues?

If you have to leave Canada (e.g. due to a family emergency) once your PR card has expired and don't meet the residency obligation, you may have trouble returning to Canada.

If you are in violation of the residency obligation and leave Canada, when you try to return you could be reported and have your PR status revoked.
