There are two office name:
Primary Office: CPC-Ottawa
Secondary Office: Centralized intake office

Guess VO should be Ottawa...?

I don't the call center number for outside canada applicant. It is pretty simple...call them and opt for talk to agent option in express entry application status. Most of the times they will tell you the update but few agents give you standard reply ...wait until 6 months are over.

Hi- My 6 Months have completed, thinking about calling CIC today. Just quick question- do I have to call them on Canadian Time or Indian Time? Do they operate 24x7?

Apparently, outland applicants cannot contact CIC via phone. I have emailed them through CSE, hopefully they will reply soon. I just have to wait for now.

You can. There is a number posted on the previous page in this thread that you can use. However dont be so optimistic in getting info, not even the CSE. You most likely to receive a standard reply but it makes no harm to try. I think the best way to know how your application is being processed is to order GCMS notes.

For outland candidate, I suggest a subscription on Skype: "Canada unlimited mins mobiles and landlines - 1 month" = 3.6 euros only. It's the cheapest way. You don't mind the waiting time (usually 45-60mins) and can try as many times as you want until you meet a nice agent who is willing to give some more details of your application.

I haven't gotten any PPR emails from CIC before. However, subject of the golden email is 'Second Request'. What is it mean? CIC sent an email to me before?
