Hello,
Got Photos printed with given specs. and soft copies also,
Now do i need to upload Soft copy or photo scan copy with backside name and studios info.

Coz, scan copies not seen 50*70 MM on PDF

I'm the dependent applicant and worked in 3 co. incl. current.
Is it mandate to add salary slip with reference letters of all 3.

If you are not Primary, you don't need any letter. Everything goes in your personal history. (Provided you don't have Canadian Experience)

Thanks for the details,
Got letters from all 3 organizations.
Do I need to remove all work history and add everything on personal history?
Complete work ex is from outside CANADA.

You don't even add a dime to the principal applicant's scores with these letters. There is no point of adding these letters as it does not count for anything. If added, you are just going to give more reasons to the CIC for looking deep into irrleveant things and find something..

Hello farazafzal,

Pl confirm the format for FD Letter from Bank.

To whom it may concern
This is to certify that ***** is holding a Fixed Deposit bearing ***
Rs.5 Lacs.
This is also to confirm that she had maintained this fixed deposit of an amount of Rs.5
lacs for more than 90 days effective from 5th March 2017 to 0210612017.
This FD is renewed for further period of 180 days. And the amount of Rs.5 lacs can be encashed
immediately.
This letter is issued on the specific request of the customer without any liability on part of
the bank or its officials.

You have to move this to personal history. You could write a line in Letter of explanation saying that since your experience is non-Canadian and does not add any score to the application of Principal applicant so you have moved it to the personal history to keep things simple.
