Not really! I haven't seen anyone or heard of anyone receiving any offer from the Job bank.

I have restored the data as much as I could get from the history of changes made to the sheet.

You have very good score in other modules of IELTS, why didn't you retake the test?
The next anticipated draw date is May 31st. Anything before that is a blessing!

For one major personal reason only. I will re-appear IELTS by the end of this year if the score doesn't come down to 393 by then. Which hopefully, looks like it will by the end of July.

I have a question: Could you give me some tips how to score 9 in Reading, plz? I have kinda problem with this section, every time I practice this section, I do not understand either strategy or my mind is not good enough when it comes to logical issues. Thanks in advance.

THE GOLDEN WINDOW
The CRS Cut-Off going as low as 415 has triggered a huge "Ray of Hope" to everyone in the World. The signal is clearly read, and acknowledged by most people who didn't apply earlier just because they were hopeless of their sub-420 scores, after initial assessment (using CRS Calculators, etc.).
With revived hopes, we will see enormous amount of profiles being created and hordes of new candidates with 400+ CRS enter the pool. Alas, they cannot simply enter the pool immediately. IELTS and ECA are their stumbling blocks, and at least a month's worth of time investment is inevitable.
What do we have then, at the moment, is a Golden Window. A window for profiles between 390 to 414 to get picked up in the next few draws. This window won't last long, as these hopeful new candidates would get both their IELTS & ECA results ready, and will have populated the EE system again very soon.
Hence, I congratulate all who have been patient (and lucky) enough to have had active profiles, ready for an ITA, in this GOLDEN WINDOW which most probably may be described as dates between 24th May and 14th June 2017.

Hi, yes I provided 6 month bank statement , you should maintain the minimum money you had mentioned in your EE profile in your bank account. That is the basic requirement . If there was a huge inflow into your account during last 6 month, I advise you to provide the proof about the sourse of money.
