I think the new score distribution shows a glimpse of what it will be.
Because it's dated May 12th, some people might have entered the pool since then.
But even so, if they issued +3500 ITAs, the score should be on the 414-416 range.

They are playing games, in the ministerial page it says X,XXX:
the period beginning on May 17, 2017, and ending on May 18, 2017, is X,XXX.

That 1,XXX seems to be some kind of a template, I guess. The Ministerial Instructions, for example, refer to 13:XX:XX UTC - this kind be true NOW! Another piece of evidence to suggest it is just a template.

that 1 is by default. It happened in past also.

Did someone look at the stats down there? despite of 1xxx and xxx thing.. All the counts are seriously unchanged below 420. That's super if its true!

Guys keep in mind that the statistics in as of May 12. I'm sure there are tons of people registered between then and now. Just like the last draw.
