Still no luck linking the app.
I spent ages today trying to work out how to contact them from outside of Canada, finally got through, spent 12 minutes going through the options only to be cut off and told to call back because they were busy.
This is driving me crazy.

My lawyer jut called me that they requested for schedule A for my husband but she said it has to signed in original. But i heard it is just uploading online. Anybody else has same situation ??

I am sponsoring my spouse from Dominican Republic.

Sent my app on April 19. Was recieved April 21. Haven't recieved an AOR yet. I'm kinda freaking out as I see some people have recieved their AOR.

Does anyone know the time frame for receiving an AOR? I have created an account on CIC and tried linking my account unsuccessfully , but I'm not sure I can do this without a UCI or APP ID.

Can anyone help with this?

No, you're still early yet for any AOR. It can take a month or even a bit more for that to come through and it seems they are a bit behind on April applicants. You're also too early to link your account, you will need more information once they get into processing and the applicant has a UCI and file number

Yeeh. after two phone calls to cic finally the account got fixed and the requests for Schedule A and PCC came through, just uploaded both .. here are the images for what the letter/request looks like to anyone wondering.

Yes, usually a day or two. Both times I received the text around 11pm local time. The text will say "Great news! The IRCC mailroom got your family class sponsorship package. You'll get a letter or e-mail from IRCC once processing starts."

Hi! Do they really send a text msg to all applicants once they received your docs at ircc mailroom? Just wondering coz we sent our application on april 21, 2017 but we haven't got any text msg from them saying that they have received our package. We tried tracking our sent doc and it says that it has been delivered on april 24, 2017. Just wondering if this case sometimes happens when they received your docs but don't send text msg that they already got it. . No aor yet.
