Why do they request travel history post-AOR (as an "Additional Document Requested")?
I have not included any travels between my country of origin and country of residence. Would they ask for travel history request for that?

Yes. You need to include all travels outside your country of residence. You may have shared your passport pages that contains the visa stamps/ entry stamps. Hence they will ask for this travel history

What about travel between Country of Residence and Country of Origin? Do they need to be included in Travel History?

As per cic guidelines, you do not need to include travel between country of residence and country of origin.

But some applicants who had filled travel history as per cic guidelines, were asked to fill out forms again.
It feels like a little bump in the application process, So it's a better idea to include those travel in the travel history form for smooth processing.

What I don't understand is, everyone enters Travel History as part of the pr application, and uploads the passport with stamps/visas.
Why are they later requested to Travel History as "Additional Document Requested"?

Then, shall I show the trips "to" country of origin? (since I live in country of residence)

It's a personal choice. You do what ever feels right. If you don't show travel between country of residence and country of origin, you may or may not be asked to submit "Travel History" as an additional documents request.

That makes perfect sense. Cheers mate.

I will include trips made to country of origin, and include them in both personal history, travel history and addresses I have lived over the past 10 years.

Do not need to show in your address history if you have visited your country of origin for less than 2 months.

I actually have been to my country of origin around 6 months over the past 5 years. Each time I stayed 20 days or so. It is not continuous... so I guess I have to still show them in my address history.

you show those trips in travel history, not in your address history. Your address doesn't change if you visit your country of origin for 20 days.

Thanks a lot for the info. I actually also put them in the address history.

I figured that, sometimes people get Additional Document Request and that stalls the application for a week or two. I might as well just provide them all the info, so they won't need to send me any Additional Document Request.

Besides I've done the medical and PCCs all upfront as well. So I just hope for the best now.

I have 5 old passports... I only need to upload my current one. But I filed 10 years of travel history and the stamps are not n my valid passport
