I have several things to explain myself, so will divide the letter into sections and subsections. Also at the very beginning of the letter, I'll add an index with page numbers.

For example:

1. Proof of relation ............................. 4
1.1 Subsection ............................. 5
1.1.1 Subsection ........................ 6
2. Means of financial support .............. 8

and so on...

How Do I communicate the lack of certain documents in the LoE such as:

-Non availability of payslips and Income tax returns from a work experience dated 2007

I didn't know we e have to put up salary slips and tax returns as well. Is it mandatory or good to have? ::)

I don't think its mandatory
This is what I am thinking of doing since I don't have both for my work exp which was in 2010. Also in 2010 I was way below the mandatory requirements for tax filling. More over I have also closed the bank account in which the salary was credited.
My letter of recommendation has all the details mentioned which has my salary details for the entire duration of me being a part of the company
Plus I am also attaching my company agreement . I think this should suffice along with a letter of explanation that states that I don't have my pay stubs for that period of my job .

Experts would this be good enough ?

The only mandatory document is the reference letter anything else you can provide is an added plus.

Date -> To whom it may concern --> Explanation --> Regards

I have 2 points which I want to explain. So , I am thinking of starting like this.

To,
The IRCC Officer

I hope you find this letter in good health and spirit. I am writing this LOE to explain a couple of things about my application which are not as per the IRCC requested standard.

Explain point 1

Explain point 2.

Then make a humble request to consider my application.....

Regards

Does this seem ok????
