I already received the ITA to apply for Canada Permanent Residency. Prior to getting the invitation I have included my wife work experience as part of my application but that does not yield any points to me as it is not inside Canada. Now in the document validation section the system is asking me to upload the reference letters from employers ? But it will be difficult for us to get reference letter from them. How to resolve this issue

1) Is it possible to remove the work experience of my wife post ITA ? If possible is it safe to do so ?
2) I have joining letter , service certificate and pay slip of my wife previous experience ? should I upload that instead of reference letter ?

Thanks in advance

1 - Yes.
2 - Don't bother, if we're talking about your spouse's foreign work experience it is completely irrelevant to your application - remove it from work history and add it to personal history.

You can move your spouse's foreign work experience to his/her Personal History section.

sitting @430 and expecting an ITA this week. Now, can I go ahead and remove my husband's work experience completely since I am the primary applicant?

Assuming you're talking about foreign work experience then yes, you can remove it now.

I have ITA and similar situation
my wife had
1) 1.5 years of NOC B exp in india (Job offer, pay stubs, resignation letter are these enough ?)
2) 6 months NOC B Canadian experience on dependent work permit

Should i remove her exp from work exp and add it to personal history since i am not getting any points ?
If i don't remove it does it leave positive impact on file ??
In future if something goes wrong and i want to claim her points again for Canadian exp can i do that after removing exp?

I know i am asking too much. hope you understand

much thank you

If wife is not the primary applicant then you can move her work ex in personal history
Also, to claim points for work ex in Canada, i guess minimum of 1 year exp is required. I guess you are not claiming those points as well.
There are certain information that should be in the letter such as, work hours, salary, designations, full-time/permanent and most importantly your job duties

Thanks +1. How do I move it to personal history?
delete it from work experience section and enter the info in personal history section.

But I don't see a field as "employment" in the personal details. Only the work history form provides me the fields for updating the spouse work details.
There is nothing like that in the personal details form which only has info on name, job offer in Canada, relatives in Canada

The personal history section only appears once you receive an ITA.
