Hi,

My points are 495. I got the invitation with points of my old experience (in Canada, more than 1 year) and I haven't showed my current experience (in Canada) when I got invitation. I want to write letter of explanation about why I didn't showed details of current company.

Reasons: I don't trust current company and having problem with it. I asked for paystubs (6 months I am working there) but they haven't provided any. My pay is via e-Transfer instead of direct deposit. I am not trusting the company if they will pay the tax and give me a t4 or not. And, I don't want to be depended on it and actively looking for new opportunities.

But I am confuse what should I write and what should not.

My current company gave me the Experience Letter (which is a plus point) that I can add in letter of explanation too.

I am submitting application today as I already have all the documents ready except this one.

Please help me writing my LOE. Give some idea.

Thank you!

It's very simple, state that they are not co-operating with providing the proper documents and that not including such experience does not affect your CRS or eligibility.

Simple, direct and to the point.

Nah, no need to prove something that you aren't claiming.

I'm stating that I'm not including mine because I'm not out of probation yet and they will not issue a letter until this time has been completed.

If you aren't claiming points for something you don't have to provide any evidence at all

I am confused, there are a couple of employments in the past for which i am not claiming any points and have not included in my work history but have included in the personal history. Should i give an LOE for the employment i did not mention in work history.
Also, similar for my spouse, i haven't added her work experience at all in the work history but in personal history. Should i also give an LOE for all her employment??
Please suggest.

There is no need for an LOE explaining anything you're not including in your work history and not claiming points for. I didn't include half of my work experience nor my husband's works experience, never added any LOE and everything was fine. No additional questions asked.

I have this temptation too, but it won't work as you won't be providing a proper reference letter with responsibilities for the current job. You might just give the contracts that validates employment tenure alone. If you really have everything in the contract, I am pretty sure you would have claimed it as experience! Only because you missed something, you are skipping it. So it won't be possible for them to use that experience unless you provide everything that's needed!

I am not missing anything but since i have more than 3 years of experience in the last 10 years i prefered not to tell my current work about my plans

If you are planning to list this under your work history, that means you are claiming points for it and will need all the documents including the letter. If you are listing this under your personal history, no matter how many additional documents you provide they will not count this experience for you. So you might as well save the hassle for yourself, or just upload it under work history and claim points for it. If you upload it under work history and do not attach all the appropriate documents, you will be rejected, despite having more than 3 years of experience already claimed.
