The hidden numbers in the ********** is your tracking ID.

No. That is my VFS tracking id. Using this id in Blue Dart courier is not giving me any result. I tried using passport number as well.

Then pls call VFS and ask for the courier tracking No. with reference to your VFS ID.

Or the courier partner may have a separate section to track passports specially with the VFS ID.

I am in same situation as you. I got my Passport request on March 18. My spouse is in India and I am in Canada, so I sent an email to CPC Ottawa the very same day that they should change my husband's Visa office to New Delhi.

I haven't heard anything from them yet.

Can you please tell me??

how many days they take to change Visa Office to New Delhi and also
how many days it took for your spouse to get her passport back once she sent to New Delhi VO ??

4 weeks for the reply from CPC ottawa office for changing visa office for my spouse.
8 days to get passport back.

Plz let me know how ur process of changing visa office for ut spouse goes. Bcoz my spouse is in india too.

Once you get your PPR, check if anything about VFS is mentioned in your PPR email. If no, it will be mentioned to reply to CPC-Ottawa to change visa office. Just send them an email explaining the situation. Expect a reply in 2-4 weeks.

Where can I get the courier tracking number?

enter your vfs global tracking number in bluedart tracking portal in reference section
http://www.bluedarttrackings.in/tracking.php
in this portal you will have two options one is way bill and other is reference number so enter your tracking number in reference number hope this will help those still looking help in this section

VFS CVAC is supposed to provide you with both tracking ID and Bluedart AWB number in their acknowledgement receipt.
If you haven't got that, contact the VFS by email or phone. My experience interacting with VFS via both channels have been satisfactory.
