In WES request form for transcript, there is one field called "Major".

I have my degree certificate in B.Com from Mahatma Gandhi University.

What can I write in "Major" field?

I have one more doubt.

My course period was 1999-2002 and in the degree certificate, the year of issue is 2003.

Is it ok?

How is that possible ? B.COM in India is generally 3 years full time. So 1999-2002 makes sense. But why does the degree show 2003 ? It should ideally be 2002.

It should be "Business Management"

It is fine..because degrees are awarded one year after for some universities.
 
Hi Chacko,

Bachelor of Commerce - You can specify as "Commerce"

Example: Mine is Computer Science and Engineering and i define my major as "Computer Science"

I am also under MG University :)

Okay. I guess it would mention 1999-2002 only on the degree and that should be fine.
 
My documents were delivered on 10th and they updated the status "Documents received - review in progress " the next day. I had not attached my secondary school certificates. Do they usually notify about missing document before this status or after?

If you are getting your bachelor's degree evaluated - you do not need to send copy of secondary certificates.

I am filing FSW application on the basis of my masters degree (MCA - Master of Computer Application) (I am from India).

Do i need to send my Bachelor Degree (B.Sc. from Delhi University) documents to WES for assessment?

I had completed Chartered Accountant from india .What equivalency does WES give ??my account shows evaluation in progress and your report will be completed by 8th august i.e. 20 working days ....is it possible i get my crediantial in 2 weeks ???please help me out seniors

Not sure about CA.

I believe you can only expedite the 'delivery' of your ECA report by selecting mailing options (express/regular). You cannot, however, expedite the process of evaluation itself. There is no such provision provided by WES.
