I had the issue as well. But the site worked during the day. Seems like it is a bit glitchy.

they fixed it after relaunch the tracker. After that I am able to login.

It depends on where you submitted your passport and How you did it. I mean in person or by courier. Usually, 2 -3 weeks is the standard time.

after medical passed it took 13 day to get approval PPR
