There was never any update at "permanent residence portal" . My photo and address are still pending there.
So people stop freaking out because of this.

I'm still waiting for pr card since ecopr on September 25th. Hopefully get news by end of this week

It also shows that the PR Confirmation Portal may not always update in sync with the actual progress of an application. Even if your photo and address are still showing as pending, other stages may have progressed.
Hopefully, this will reassure others not to panic if their portal status hasn’t changed. Wishing everyone still waiting a speedy approval!
