yes, once they arrive to Canada you can apply for SOWP even as outland

Mine has been returned twice, now I have been waiting 76 days.

Any tips for people who're currently in the submitting stage. What were the reasons stated for return?

The use of representative form needed to been hand signed. E-signature wasn't allowed

This is so weird it clearly states in the how-to instructions that E-signature is allowed.

This is so weird it clearly states in the how-to instructions that E-signature is allowed.

I used a representative and that was the reason it was returned first when we used e-signature. When we Resubmitted we got AOR when we hand signed the use of representative form.
