I didn't check my account because I was working. I realized when got the email.

You mentioned about checking the Canada post app and I thought you had final decision and card mailed out.
Pr card has to be approved and mailed out before you get an update in the app.
Keep and eye on your Gckey
One approved and mailed out then you can follow up with the Canada post app

Date you submitted photo (p2) to receiving ecopr 2-8weeks
For protected persons category only
So you can do the maths
