Does anyone know how long the fingerprint take to reach Sydney office
I submitted on March 17th
RCMP dispatch on March 24

I called ircc today they haven’t receive it. It’s more than 10 days now

Jan 2024 AOR here. Background finally completed on March 15 (no fingerprints requested), but Prohibitions are still in progress.

Has anyone else been stuck on Prohibitions for a while after their background check cleared?

3 weeks from the day you give fingerprint
Or 3 weeks from the day rcmp send the letter

AOR November 2023 still stuck at background check. Was anyone successful with a mandamus in case it was stuck at background check?

MP is useless in these cases. IRCC tell exactly what they will tell you. Nothing more and there is no push at all to expedite it

Latest update for IRCC processing time shows 10900 people ahead of me for Dec2023 submission. No big movement in March at at all.

Your security screening was completed so they marked background as complete , but your criminality expired as it only last a year, and they put it back in progress while waiting for the new criminality clearance. Don't worry, those are very quick, your background will go back to completed very soon.

You seem to be right, i got a request for fingerprinting today, so hopefully it will be fast
