They are the slowest of all VOs. So expect delays. Mine and few others above had this timeline:

BG check completed on Oct 21st, 2025
Final decision - December 1, 2025
PPR: December 30, 2025

Can I confirm when was your PA eligibility completed? And when it did your file was with Delhi VO itself?

August 26 - Received pre arrival

Also, received a call from Canada Embassy, Delhi asking me(sponsor) to provide a detailed plan to return to Canada and how would I support myself and my spouse.
They said the application is in final process and once they receive this letter from my side, the final decision will be made.
Will start working on the detailed plan.
Fingers crossed!!!

Everything was completed by 21st. I am not sure exactly when the file was transferred to Delhi VO - IRCC informed us when I called them in November.
