Awesome, I am also CEC inland Trade but AOR is OCT 15. I am gonna be using you as a reference considering we had similar draw ITA. I havent really seen much Trade applications attended to lately.

I received a request letter indicating I need to complete Schedule A (EIMM5669e), which I assume is for my wife; however, I see the field to submit the document is under my Document list. I see it is information I already provided in my application. I have the following questions:
1. Is it possible I made a mistake? Could anybody provide advice?
2. should I provide also my information or is it just my wife's information
3. should I include an explanation letter?
This is the letter:
"This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the review of your application, we require the following documents:
- UCI and the name of my wife
- Schedule A: Please Provide A Separate And Newly Completed Schedule A Background Declaration Form (Imm 5669) Bearing An Electronic Signature."
