hi, is sponsor AOR enough for PA to apply for a open work permit ? or PA needs an AOR/ eligibility complete status as well.

Not sure what a sponsor AOR is. I got an AOR (my PR application) and it was sent to the sponsor's email. Is that what you meant? if yes, see below.

- The AOR must be for your permanent resident application. It’s the AOR your sponsor receives from IRCC.

Not yet but I am also hoping to apply for that dual intent visitor visa, once we get biometric and medical requests done. Still awaiting these though.
Trackers for both Sponsor and PA have been updated today (the date on the top right corner when we login) - last date was Oct 20, new date is today Nov 13. However, nothing visibly new or different on the account (so I'm guessing it's some sort of a ghost update). As things stand, only have the AOR and still waiting on Biometric and Medical Exam letters.

Same here but my was updated on Nov 03. But still nothing new now.
Which one is "in progress" on yours (PA tracker) now? Mine Background and Biometrics are in progress. Medical and Eligibility is still "not started". Submitted Sep 14, AOR Oct 24.
