Hi All,

My parents super visa application got refused today after two visitor visas rejections (one in 2022 and one earlier this year in march). I am in Canada on PR. I attached my PR ,6 months bank statement, employment letter too, way above the LICO requirement. GMS one year insurance 100K limit was bought for both and attached. I applied my super visa application through a consultant.

My sister in UK applied their visitor visa in May and it got approved. They are currently in UK living with her but will go back to Pakistan end of month. Please help me out. I once again heartbroken by this decision.

ODN:

• I have reviewed the application. The applicant has not submitted enough supporting documents
to satisfy me that the applicant has access to sufficient funds for this visit. The purpose of the
applicant's visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details provided in the
application. Weighing the factors in this application, I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart
Canada at the end of the period authorized for their stay. For the reasons above, I have refused
this application

No NOA means rejection. Don't apply for a while. What are their ties to Pakistan if "living" in the UK. Are they UK citizens?

By living there I meant visiting her. That they recieved 3 months UK visit visa approval but attaching that document din’t help either.

NOA , my consultant dint attach as I switched job last year. NOA was showing $1500 less than the LICO but my letter of of employment for my current job exceeds LICO requirement by $20K. Hence attached that.

So you will be refused. Supervisa is based on income earned within a year not salary. You can apply next year if/when NOA meets LiCO.

Next year apply with NOA.

But isnt it building travel history as well? Like this couple visits UK but returns back home because their main house/assets are in Pakistan.
They are still in UK. So until they return, there is no travel history to show that they will return to home.

maybe. It's a good travel history. But it's up to IRCC to weight how much would that affect the decision.
thanks.

Honestly other than this i have no clue what to do. My parents are retired and all they have are their finances and assets at home. They are not even dependent on their children. they are law abiding citizens, pay taxes and all i want is for them to visit me for 2 months at max, rather than i spend 4k ticket and spend only 20 or so days back home.

So order GCMS notes and then when you have your NOA next year, reapply. They have 3 rejections so wait until next year.

Also don’t use an agent especially one that should have easily pointed out that you wouldn’t qualify for a supervisa.

You would have been better off waiting for your parents to return from the UK and 6 months after their return applied for a TRV. They probably would have had a decent chance of approval at that point.

They were already included this time with the rejection letter. but quite vague as always. In the original post of this topic, i included those notes.

yeah for sure. he said the letter of employment would also work.
