I'm apply for Express Entry not Quebec immigration. I left a message here because my VO is also Montreal
Having a VO in Montreal has nothing to do with Quebec. Every application is assigned to an office and the location has nothing to do with processing. You need to post under express entry.
i received two days ago this message: Final decision - may 7, 2025: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

I submitted my spouse PR application on February 28, 2025. Since May 7, 2025, the portal has shown:
"Final decision – Your application is in progress."
However, I have not received any further updates since that time. I kindly request any information regarding the status of my application or an estimated timeline for the final decision.

Hi, I am in a similar situation. It has been 70 days after FD that I am waiting for P1. Could you please tell me what you steps did you take to get your P1 after getting stuck for so long?
Regarding P2, you should get it within few days now if you have not received it yet.
The only thing that i did is giving them 2 calls in those 3 months, the first time was after a month and a half, and they said they still looking into my background, second time was after 2month and a half, they told me that its approved, and that i should receive an email soon,
what makes you thinkthat i will receive it in the next days ? did something happen lately that made it take this long, cause its been a month now, all my friends receive theirs before after a week.
Timeline is all messed up, some gets it within a week and for some its forever. Now a days, I noticed many applicants are getting P2 after 35-40 days after P1. Lets hope you will get it by that time. All the best.
