We all already got our P1 P2 and final decision is already made my IRCC and it says APPROVED. ECOPR document number is available with expiry date in GC key account but ECOPR is not uploaded on portal.

That is normal eCOPR or COPR information is posted to your file before it is actually awarded. All you can do is wait until it’s your turn to land and receive eCOPR.
There appears to be nothing abnormal with your application you are waiting in a queue to receive eCOPR.
They haven’t received eCOPR yet or received an email. They are in line waiting for it to be their turn to land.
Hey guys, I am AOR 11 nov 2024 and since March 27 in the GC Keys I got the final decision and in tracker all stages completed with COPR visible and validity till december 27th. I have called IRCC thrice already, and wrote webforms, they say nothing wrong with application, all ok but just to wait. The wait is tiring what can I do? contact a PM? call again? Thanks
You can contact MP of your province as they have the direct access of communication with IRCC. In my case I did that.

I was worried too, our Province MP contacted IRCC on my behalf and then I came to know that I got my PR approved on June 5.
Also MP requested IRCC to upload COPR in my portal.
In my GC Key it says that your Final decision is in progress since April.
I didn't received any of the portal request yet. Also, in tracker my COPR number is there and all status says it completed.
Please suggest me what best I can do.
