called IRCC today and to be honest I feel very stuck...

Timeline:
ITA July 8 (CEC)
AOR July 9
BIL August 12
Biometrics August 13 (updated same day)
Medical never received the request letter so decided to get it done anyway on August 30
updated on September 18 after calling IRCC (they had linked the results to my temporary number and not the regular one...)

No update since on GC account on tracker. Called IRCC, here's what they told me:
BG check
- criminality passed October 7
- security hasn't started
There's nothing in progress.

Eligibility hasn't started

PVO Sydney
SVO originally it was Ottawa, but today they told me it was transfered to Vancouver and retransfered again, now it's at the Etobicoke office...
(they didn't know the reason for the transfers... and told me that since it's a local office the processing time will take even longer)

Today, I have called IRCC, the agent was somewhat helpful you can say but not that much. Here's the summary of our conversation

Q1. Is there a timeline for COPR issuance? How long can it take?
Agent: There no timeline and COPR can even take up to 5-6 months after portal.

Q2. Can't we do anything to expedite the process? Like adding a note?
Agent: No we cannot do that. (Even though the previous agent told me otherwise)

Q3. Can you see whether an officer has been assigned for my eCoPR issuance?
Agent: I don't have access to that information

Q4. Can you see whether the visa office has properly received my provided photo and address?
Agent: I can see your portal has been opened on 7 November but cannot confirm whether the visa office has received your provided information but if there is anything missing, they will communicate from their end.

Q5. My MP's representative have reached out to IRCC regarding my CoPR, can you please check whether they have done so and on which date?
Agent: Yes on 10 Dec but we are yet to reply to them

Q6. Can you check my visa office? Which office will be issuing my eCOPR?
Agent: Your Secondary Visa Office is Montreal and your P2 was opened by Etobicoke. At this point it is not clear from our end who will be issuing the eCoPR since it can come from both end and these two offices transfer files among themselves to share the workload and we don't know how they operate, once you receive your eCoPR, that time you will know.

Unfortunately not... it's been over 5 months now and my background check is still not completed...
Info sharing + criminality were completed on Oct. 7, security has still not started since...

ADRs can delay your application significantly considering it's December and starting next week it'll be even more slower due to the holiday season kicking in. I'd say wait at east till mid-end January before raising a webform or contacting IRCC. If you don't mind sharing, what was the ADR for?

They asked for the form schedule a IMM 5669, military record, letter of employment, and t4 slip paystub ( I already submitted some of them before not sure why they asked for that again

Maybe your file got transferred to another VO, hence, they wanna check it out again! Not really sure. But, ADRs can happen as many times as they want and whenever they want.
