Oh nice, your is a week ahead of mine. So if your eligibility changed to In Progress recently. Mine is probably about a week off then. Did it change last week?
They check if you actually meet the conditions (education, employment history, age, etc) of the program and the draw you applied for, and if your supporting documents are enough to prove those conditions.
Anyway, I read somewhere that if your eligibility changed to "In Progress", that means a case analyst has reviewed your application and documents, they will give a recommendation to the final officer of whether or not your application should be "Recommended Passed" or "Review Required". You can probably call IRCC today or tomorrow to see which the case analyst has given your application.
