Unlike some of us that are still waiting, lastly, which part of Canada are you in, seems you received fast after GU2, possibly you stay not too far from Sydney.

My Ecopr was approved on December 20th, address was approved on Dec 21st... No PR Card, no GU, nothing

Try call ircc to know the situation, tell them to transfer the call to the pr card line. Am sure that should help out, because sometimes the issuing office of the ecopr do not complete their side of the process by initiating and going through the pr card issuance before sending it to Sydney. Hope this helps.
